2020-2021 Applications are now open!

Apply online today! If you have any questions, feel free to contact our Admissions Specialist, Ms. Rivas.

Email: srivas@stpatrickschoolroxbury.org.

Apply for admission by visiting our website at www.stpatrickschoolroxbury.com. Click on the
"Admissions" tab and then "Apply." You will be prompted to create an account. Complete the forms
and submit the application for each student.

1.

Schedule a personal tour with our Admissions Specialist. Call 617-427-3881 or email
srivas@stpatrickschoolroxbury.org. During the tour, you will get to see the other students in action, see
classroom setup & structure, tour the facility, and interact with teachers and staff. This is when you
can ask personalized questions about what your child's experience here will be like.

2.

Schedule a shadow visit once your tour is complete. Shadow visits are scheduled on a date shortly
after your tour. They happen between 8:30 and 10 am. While your child becomes acclimated to the
classroom, environment, teachers, and classmates, they will get to see the routines and a brief look at
what they will be learning in that class. During this time, students will be evaluated/assessed by the
classroom teacher or the Admissions Specialist.

3.

Review of the enrollment paperwork will be done during the shadow visit. After the shadow visit,
the Admissions team will discuss and review the assessment/evaluation and all enrollment paperwork.

4.

Decision of Admission will happen when the enrollment paperwork is complete with all paperwork
and information. When it is complete, the family will receive a decision of acceptance or denial via
the email provided on the application. The email will have final steps to secure your child's seat at
Saint Patrick School. Families can expect a phone call from the admissions specialist to discuss the
decision and start date.

5.

Apply for financial aid using the FACTS link in your acceptance letter or on our website. Financial
aid is only granted to students entering K2 through 6th grade. Financial aid is need based and on a
first come first serve basis. It is not guaranteed to all families.

6.

We accept child care vouchers for full day care for grades Pre-K through K2. Vouchers are
accepted for after school care for children in grades 1 through 6.

7.
